Welcome to the RBW Summer Sale! We’ve been hard at work crafting a collection of wheelsets ready to sell at amazing prices and available to ship immediately!
This Sprint Wheelset is a copy of a pair we were able to donate to the Gaza Sunbird’s Paralympic team. Thanks to the generous pricing on old stock from a fellow wheelbuilder we’ve been able to build them at a knockdown price whilst also putting £25 from every pair sold to the Sunbirds charity. They’re the perfect upgrade or training pair for rim brake roadies who want to fast :-).
Rims
The Kinlin XR31t is a 31mm deep semi aero rim that pairs perfectly with 25-28mm whilst also being more than happy if you want to go a bit wider. An offset spoke bed at the rear means more even tension balance between spokes thanks to improved wheel geometry and their aero depth means free speed and a wheelset ready to transfer that power when you put it down.
Hubs
The centrepiece of the build; we’re thankful to our pal Andy for offering us several sets of Novatec’s classic road hub at knock down prices that we’ve passed onto you :-). Plain black hubs with an RBW sticker.
Spokes
A custom blend of Pillar bladed aero spokes. Lighter, thinner spokes out front for weight savings and nimble handling, beefier wide blades out back for power transfer and stiffness
Nipples
Stealth black 7075 aluminium nips throughout; fully weatherproofed here in house; an absolute treat of an upgrade on a wheelset at this price.
